We will be filming and taking photos through out the event. We reserve the right to publish this footage without seeking direct consent. We will endeavour to present all people in the best light. Should you not wish this to happen, please contact the WDCNZ team directly on team@wdcnz.com.

What happens if I have to cancel?
Please advise us by email (team@wdcnz.com) if you are not able to attend the event. A full refund (less NZD $50 including GST administration fee per registrant) will be made to the source of the payment of the registration fee if we are notified by email at team@wdcnz.com up to 10 working days prior to the event. No refund will be made if written notice is not received in this period. Refunds will be made to the credit card or bank account that the original payment was charged too.

If WDCNZ cancels, or changes the date or location of, the event, it will offer a full refund for any paid registration fees. Any such refund will be made to the source of the payment.

Otherwise, no refunds will be made available.

Payments
All payments and refunds for the event will be processed by Lil Regie. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and accept Lil Regie’s http://lilregie.com/terms/terms-and-conditions-for-website-users/

Liability
You agree that WDCNZ is not liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of savings) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the event. You also agree to arrange your own insurance to cover your participation in the event.

The Rules (Code of Conduct)
WDCNZ is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.

Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for WDCNZ.

Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.
